Here is the process we will go through together . . .

1 —> Overview & Consultation: In our first 1 hr call we will cover how you can leverage Dubsado for your organizing business & review the workbook you will complete between now and our next call.

2 —> Submit Your “Workbook”: Your workbook consists of all of the information I will need to set up your Dubsado. This includes your outlined client journey/workflow, all your email language, contracts, content for lead capture forms, and information about your pricing structure and client experience.

3 —> Review Workbook: First I will review your workbook independently and then together in a 1hr call. This ensures I have supreme clarity on the best way to set up Dubsado for your unique business needs and it allows us to make necessary adjustments up front.

4 —> Dubsado & Workflow Set Up: Behind the scenes I will make all the magic happen! I will set up everything. Your Dubsado account, emails, contracts, lead capture forms, workflows, as well as invoice and proposal templates. This is the crazy time consuming part you get to totally skip! Take a deep breath - I got you!

5 —> Dubsado Walk Through & Demo: Once your Dubsado system is set up we will review the entire process together. During this 1 hr call we will make note of any changes or tweaks.

6 —> Refine & Finalize Your Dubsado:  Sit back, relax! Behind the scenes again I will make all the changes we discussed during your demo and finalize it to the point of perfection.

7 —> Customized Video Implementation Guide Time to hand your CRM baby back to you. But don’t worry, before you’re on your own we will do a full run through and video training! We will record each step of the process and create a unique video guide customized for your exact Dubsado account set up so that you can reference your video guide at each step in your client’s journey.

8 —> Follow Up Questions: Post handoff we will do a 30 minute call to follow up and answer any questions that have come up since you began using your CRM.
